Patches

Patches appears in Baby Steps and Le Halloween. He has other Clown friends. Patches is the clown that lives across the way from PJ and Emmett's apartment building. If you look out PJ and Emmett's window in the back of their apartment, there is another window a few feet away in which Patches lives. Patches is a creepy, messy clown. He also doesn't seem to speak much.
